Dr. Vaskar Raychoudhury is an Associate Professor in the Computer Science and Software Engineering department at Miami University, with a Ph.D. from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include computer and wireless sensor networks, Internet of Things, applied machine learning, and distributed, mobile, and pervasive computing. Dr. Raychoudhury has extensive experience in academia and research, including positions at IIT Roorkee, University of Mannheim, and Institut TELECOM SudParis, and has received several prestigious awards and fellowships. He has published numerous journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers in his field, focusing on topics such as pervasive computing, wireless sensor networks, and smart healthcare solutions.

As the president of the RedHawk AI Club, Aidan works to guide the club’s projects and foster a collaborative environment for members interested in creating solutions with artificial intelligence.
